Michelle Troconis who was arrested on Saturday, June 1, along with her boyfriend Fotis Dulos, bailed out of jail for charges of tampering with evidence and hindering prosecution, after they were caught on video surveillance dumping garbage bags that contained items with the blood of Jennifer Dulos on them.
Both Troconis and Fotis have pleaded not guilty.
Under the conditions of her release, Troconis is not allowed to leave the state and is required to wear a GPS monitoring device to monitor her movements.
The motion, filed by Tronconis' attorney, Westport attorney Andrew Bowman, requests permission for her to travel out of state from June 30 to July 17 to visit a person not connected to the case, said NBC Connecticut.
Troconis, who lived with Fotis Dulos with her daughter after Jennifer Dulos moved out of their Farmington home with the couple's five children.
The motion also requested barring Fotis Dulos from contacting Troconis after his attorney, Norm Pattis, said that she had made comment in court that she still loved him.
Fotis Dulos' attorneys have since requested he be allowed to visit Troconis.
The court has not ruled on either motion.
Jennifer Dulos was reported missing on Friday, May 24, after she failed to attend several meetings. Her vehicle was later found abandoned near an area park.
Since that time, law enforcement officials have conducted a massive search for the missing mother, including at a Hartford trash facility and at the park where her vehicle was found. They are also following up on more than 900 tips received on a special tip line.
